Shipping Information
Think Her! ships all packages through FedEx or the USPS.
FedEx will not ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.
FedEx Ground and Express deliveries deliver Mon-Fri. FedEx Home Delivery delivers Tues-Sat. Please note we are unable to ship Lolita glasses by FedEx Express... Only FedEx Ground or Home Delivery!
Please Note: Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
We provide four shipping options via FedEx: Standard/Home Delivery(1-5 business days), Express 3-Day Service, Express 2-Day Service and Express Standard Overnight. All express services must be placed by 2pm to guarantee same day shipping. All express orders will be shipped via FedEx Express or via Priority Mail (USPS).

Think Her! will process your order within 1-2 business days after receipt and confirmation of payment. A FedEx tracking number will be sent to the customers email address. Think Her! processes and ships all orders Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Please note we do not require a signature for your package to be delivered. If you would like signature required for delivery, please make note in our comments section at checkout.
We can not ship Lolita glasses via FedEx Express.
***International Orders!***
International shipping charges are based on destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to the shopping bag and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process prior to finalizing your order.
**All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy (2-5 business days). At this time Think Her! cannot accommodate return items. All international orders are final!**
All international orders must be placed on an international credit card which we can verify. The shipping and billing address must be the same.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Your privacy is important to us… please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Think Her! provides shipment and product information to our international carrier. This information may be communicated by the carrier to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
All shipments containing gifts, will be marked “Gift” and the item value will be stated directly on the package in accordance with customs authorities requirements.
Refused Shipments- If you refuse any shipments from Think Her!, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Think Her! Please note: This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Shipments of 3 pounds or more will be recalculated and customers will be advised of new shipping cost.
We can not ship Lolita glasses internationally.
